What we are?
We are 50 students from all around the world with one common goal: empower the next generation to build a more sustainable future. GEA is a non-profit association, acting for Global Environmental Awareness in and out of ESCP Business School.
Why GEA Sustainability ESCP?
Nowadays, sustainability might be the greatest challenge that the business world has to face, and it is certainly one of the biggest concerns of the young generation.
When GEA was first created at the ESCP Turin campus in 2019, we knew there was a lot to be done to ensure a transition to a more sustainable society. As part of a large student community, our best asset to play our part was clear: raising awareness around us and promoting long-term sustainable actions.

All in all, GEA Sustainability ESCP is one of the biggest drivers of sustainable change within the ESCP community and among our world’s future leaders.
What we do?
OUR CO-FOUNDERS
GEA Sustainability ESCP’s mission is structured around 3 pillars: Educating, Initiating, and Networking. We want to educate the next generation of responsible leaders through our events, actions and awareness campaigns to “plant a seed” in people’s minds.
We also initiate collaborations with relevant and committed actors, aiming at creating a positive impact from today, at three different levels: in our campuses, in our community, and in the wider economic world.
Last but not least, we profoundly believe that creating a network of students, alumni, and companies that care about a better tomorrow, will create value now and tomorrow in the transition towards a green economy.

Our next steps
The future of GEA relies on one word: COLLABORATIONS.
Well-rooted in reality and the different communities to which we belong, we believe that we must take action together to leverage each other’s assets and widen our impact. Teamwork among members of GEA Sustainability ESCP will create value within our school and allow us to “plant more seeds” during more events. Collaborations with stakeholders will widen our impact within and outside of our student community. Around Europe and further, our common goal is to spread awareness of sustainability-related issues.
If you like to join this ambitious plan don’t be afraid to get in contact with us and we will be happy to listen to your ideas!
